Retainer Alishai wants to craft a weapon for you but needs three
things in order to do so: a leather strip, a wooden shaft, and a cracked rat claw.
Head to the docks and find Merchant Shudan (he is in the middle of the docks). He will sell
you the wooden shaft and leather strip. Next, head outside of Highbourne and kill rats until
you get a cracked rat claw.
Head back to Retainer Alishai for 17,000 XP and a staff.
