Speak to Kelin who offers to make you a pair of gloves if you get him the necessary
ingredients. He needs a Cracked Rat Claw and Tailored Gloves. Purchase the Tailored Gloves from Merchant Baine in
the armory near the entrance to Qeynos for 75 Tunar. Return both items to Kelin for 17,000 XP and Gloves.
