Primary Stats:  Wisdom & Charisma
Description:  Clerics are the servants of the divine and probably the best healers in the game (though not necessarily the best healer class). With the large array of heal spells available, none can match them in this area nor in the ability to resurrect (rez) a character. Their divine worship also gives them powerful buffs as well and the ability persecute the undead. Clerics are also able to wear Plate armor making them a good defensive character when unforeseen trouble arises.

Strengths:
  • Large array of heals - normal heals, direct heals (with path ability), and group heals
  • Good AC/HP buff - great for tanks
  • Ability to wear Plate armor - best ac potential of all the healer classes plus stats sometimes better on plate as opposed to leather
  • Great damage spells vs. undead
  • Best rez in game
  • Charisma is a primary stat
Weaknesses:
  • No invisibility or SoW
  • Easy to pull agro in group
  • Constantly asked by people for a rez when standing in town
  • Unable or extremely slow to solo except at low levels
Creation Tips:  Clerics are great healers. Also working in their favor is that Charisma is a primary stat which is needed to increase heals. Wisdom is also a primary which increases their undead spells damage too. So, basically, you have 3 stats to worry about: Wisdom, Charisma, Stamina.
